Product Management:
o Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
o Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely restocking of popular items and removal of discontinued products.
o Collaborate with the brands team to ensure product information is accurate and up-todate.

Order Processing:
o Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipping.
o Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track and manage shipments, resolving any issues that may arise.
o Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Customer Support:
o Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and phone.
o Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
o Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
Good English speaking and writing – they need to be able to write the product names and product descriptions as done on the ETTC Boutique website. Arabic copywriting skills is a plus.
o Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
o Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (ex: Shopify) and content management systems.
o Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
