Senior Finance Analyst - Central Finance

Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our highly skilled and dynamic Central Finance Team. This role will be reporting into the Financial Controller.

The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Shalford, Guildford where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities will vary as a reflection of the evolving business needs, however, they will be mostly be focused on delivering effective financial control in the central finance space. This will include supporting with Statutory Reporting, Management Accounting, Consolidation, Audit, Accounts Payable, Technical Advisory, Accounts Receivable, Tax and Internal control.

What you will do:

• Own month end processes, supporting the Finance Controller to deliver timely and accurate consolidated financial reports

• Apply consolidation principles that take account of our intrinsically complex and unique structure

• Provide technical accounting advice to the business

• Own and deliver on external audit requests in a timely manner

• Lead, grow and develop a team of two Finance Assistants

• Lead the Accounts Payable function, supporting the management of the Accounts mailbox and handling internal external stakeholder queries

• Support in driving continuous improvement across the business, improving and automating processes as the business grows

Who you are:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

• Time spent in practice before moving to industry preferred

• Proven experience in similar role

• Driven and logical thinker

• Personable and approachable individual
