Job Responsibilities:
- Build talent pipelines for business units across WebEngage (i.e.Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing etc.) hiring for our current and future job openings
- Lead recruitment efforts across India, MEA and SEA
- Leverage necessary sourcing channels to attract the best talent for WebEngage
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Partner will business leaders to understand their talent needs and strategies sourcing efforts accordingly. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like the source of hire, time-to-hire, diversity ratio, offer drop ratio
Internal Skills And Expertise
- At least 6+ years of proven hands on experience, handling end to end recruitment cycle for SAAS/Startup/Recruitment agenciesUnderstanding of Saas industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal stakeholders, external partners and candidates)
- Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Must have a broad understanding of the external market and how it would influence strategy
- A proven consultative approach, deep program management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions
