Role & Responsibilities:
- Create, update and maintain product detail pages and overall product listings of select SKUs
- Ensure all product information, description, images, prices, specs are accurate and optimized
- Work with data partners to analyze site and sale performance
- Implement strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates
- Execute promotional campaigns and special offers in coordination with marketing and business
- Work closely with cross functional teams including but not limited to (Brand, Product, UX, Business teams, Creative leads, Agencies, & HQ+.
- Effectively and creatively communicate ideas and visions as a story to others with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Consumer Experience journey mapping and thoughtful site placements of products and promotions through site.
- Project manages all aspects of launch from conception, execution and post launch optimizations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or 4+ years similar experience in site merchandising
- Working experience in eCommerce programs and merchandising programs
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems
- Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong ability to operate in a matrix environment
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Passion for building relationships and proactive communication
- Motivated and strong detail-oriented approaches
- Must be organized and highly detail oriented
