This critical role is responsible for managing contract compliance, export regulations, and quality management processes to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a compliance-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><h5><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h5><h5><strong>Contract Management & Compliance:</strong></h5><ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from initiation to closeout, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.</li><li>Monitor adherence to contract terms, particularly for government and military contracts, in line with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS).</li><li>Review RFPs, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and client contracts, consulting legal counsel as needed.</li><li>Respond to customer and regulatory inquiries and audits regarding federal compliance.</li></ul><h5><strong>Export Compliance:</strong></h5><ul><li>Oversee the company’s export compliance program, ensuring adherence to <strong>ITAR/EAR</strong> regulations.</li><li>Apply for export licenses, maintain registrations with authorities (e.g., DECCS, SNAP-R), and ensure compliance with issued licenses.</li><li>Investigate export compliance issues, develop voluntary disclosures, and maintain compliance records.</li><li>Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide employee training on export compliance.</li></ul><h5><strong>Quality Management:</strong></h5><ul><li>Align the organization's quality management with the parent company’s multi-site system.</li><li>Implement company policies and contribute to policy development.</li><li>Develop and document entity-specific processes, procedures, and work instructions.</li><li>Conduct cross-site internal audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Oversee corrective actions, preventive measures, and non-conformance reports.</li><li>Facilitate external audits and certifications related to <strong>ISO 9001</strong>.</li></ul><h5><strong>Risk Mitigation & Documentation:</strong></h5><ul><li>Identify risks associated with contracts and export compliance, implementing mitigation strategies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of contracts and compliance activities, including approvals and correspondence.</li><li>Conduct internal audits to assess and improve compliance program effectiveness.</li></ul><h5><strong>Collaboration & Communication:</strong></h5><ul><li>Work closely with internal teams (sales, project management, finance, operations) to ensure compliance alignment.</li><li>Collaborate with regulatory agencies, clients, and vendors to meet compliance requirements.</li><li>Promote compliance and quality awareness across the organization.</li></ul><h5><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></h5><ul><li><strong>Must be a U.S. citizen.</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>business, law, quality management, or a related field</strong>.</li><li>Minimum of <strong>3 years of experience</strong> managing compliance in contracts, export regulations, and quality systems, ideally in technology or government contracting.</li><li><strong>Federal acquisition experience</strong> preferred.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as <strong>CPCM, CFCM, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor</strong> are a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and ISO 9001</strong> regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>contract management software, quality management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite</strong>.</li><li>Excellent <strong>analytical, communication, and organizational</strong> skills.</li><li>Ability to <strong>manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and collaborate</strong> across teams.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (<10%).</li></ul><h5><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h5><ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to a <strong>highly regulated and quality-driven</strong> environment.</li><li>A collaborative work culture that values <strong>compliance, integrity, and innovation</strong>.</li></ul><p>Evac North America is an <strong>equal opportunity employer</strong>.
