Technical Support Specialist (Italian)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join of a large international company. As a technical support specialist, you will provide technical support to customers in Italian through various communication channels. If you are interested in personal development, enjoy working with people, and are willing to multitask, we would love to have you join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling clients’ technical requests by phone and chat
• Providing computer and computer-related equipment support to the utilized multifunctional devices
• Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
• Ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
• Organizing and leading remote sessions to target problems on clients' devices

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and working level of English (B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs, and provide a solution to them
• Ability to present complex information in a simple way
