JOB DESCRIPTION

As Business Process owner, you are a cornerstone of the organization, working on improving Crea and Post Production processes, successfully managing the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) for your area of responsibility. Centrally positioned in the organization, you are the link between the group function you represent and the different countries, the Tech, Data, Finance, Internal Control teams as well as the other group functions.

TASKS

Process design & improvement
Document current processes with associated KPIs
Challenge and optimize current processes, identifying non-value added activities & looking out for best practices
Co-construct target processes with the main stakeholders, ensuring alignment across countries, working closely with the different entities in making the processes converge
Design, test & implement target processes
Continuously identify, test & implement process improvements to improve performance and productivity
Process performance monitoring
Identify KPIs to measure business process performance
Continuously monitor process performance through KPIs
Benchmark with market best practices
Business requirements
Translate processes into product business requirements when needed
Review and validate tech solutions
Prioritize business needs along with product teams
Change management
Manage the change along with group functions & regions
Ensure adoption
Support training efforts (document and train the teams)

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in a middle management or senior role
Data-driven, you are strong with numbers and have good Excel skills
Structured, rigorous and analytical
Strong aptitude for process thinking and improvement
Proven ability to research and implement new technologies
Leadership skills, you are able to challenge, influence others, and positively manage change
Proactive, organized and independent, you can drive things forward
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Adobe package knowledge mandatory, Blender and Figma Valued
Fluent level of English is a must, Spanish and French valued
Passion for Image and Creativity in general and AI in specifically
Knowledge of Lean management principles is valued
