Job Description

• Attract and evaluate candidates, ensuring the proper coverage of the company’s staffing needs

• Manage the CV platform and develop an active talent pool
• Represent the company on career days etc
• Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers
• Participate in the execution of the performance management process
• Support the execution of the full cycle of assessment and development centers

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a relevant field
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Learning agility and creativity
• Digital savviness
• Desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and deliver results to meet timelines
