Your role will be critical in leading the commercialization of our innovative FDA approved MedTech products and establishing ODI Medical as a significant player in the industry. This position demands a blend of commercial skills, strategic insight into the US market, and the ability to drive complex sales processes and partnerships.</p><p>ODI-Medical's business model involves leveraging a distributor network to facilitate market expansion and maximize the reach of our innovative ODI-Tech® patented platform technology for real-time oxygen delivery monitoring. By partnering with distributors, we aim to penetrate target markets efficiently, increase brand visibility, and drive sales growth while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional value to healthcare providers and patients.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Commercial Strategy and Market Expansion:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong> Ensure a deep understanding of US regulatory requirements, particularly in the MedTech sector. You must instil this understanding across the organization.</li> <li><strong>Market Penetration:</strong> Lead the strategic launch and commercialization in the US.</li> <li><strong>GTM Adaptation:</strong> Implement strategies, leveraging expertise to identify and engage key stakeholders and experts in the MedTech field.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales and Leadership:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Sales Management:</strong> Oversee and optimize the sales process from initiation to execution, ensuring adherence to industry standards and achieving sales targets.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Sales:</strong> Develop and implement a robust sales strategy that tracks long-term relationships and drives sustained growth in the MedTech sector.</li> <li><strong>Partnerships:</strong> Securing high-impact opportunities and establishing key partnerships to enhance market presence.</li></ul><p><strong>Finance, Executive Collaboration and Leadership:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Capital Acquisition:</strong> Lead efforts to secure funding, effectively communicating our vision and value proposition to potential investors and stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Board Interaction:</strong> Collaborate closely with the board and other executive leaders, maintaining transparent communication and integrating feedback into strategic decisions.</li> <li><strong>Leadership Excellence:</strong> Lead with integrity, adaptability, and vigor, setting a high standard for personal and professional conduct.</li> <li><strong>Organizational Culture:</strong> Foster an environment of innovation, continuous learning, and openness, supporting the team’s growth and aligning with the company’s values and goals.</li></ul><p><strong><br>Candidate profile</strong></p><p>We believe you have been involved in one or more commercial successes abroad, preferably, but not necessarily, within MedTech. You must possess commercial skills and the ability to manage the market entry into the US, which means having a strong market and cultural understanding of doing business in the US. Presenting is second nature to you.
