About the Team

Our Commercial Team is committed to engaging with new customers, ensuring their seamless onboarding experience, and growing our existing customers by building strategic long-term relationships. By offering personalized support and tailored solutions, our Commercial team empowers customers to fully leverage the power of Aspire and achieve their business goals. 

 

About the Role

As the Customer Success Intern, you will have the excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the FinTech industry, support commercial operations, and work closely with a team of experienced professionals.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of webinars and client meeting
  • Administrative Support: Assist the CSM team with day-to-day administrative tasks for product activation/implementation, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
  • Data Entry & Management: Update and maintain customer databases and Hubspot systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Report Generation: Compile sales reports, track metrics, and assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Provide general administrative support as needed

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interest in the FinTech industry and willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrates proactivity, reliability, adaptability, and team player competencies
  • Internship Commitment: Available for a full-time or part-time internship (at least 3 weekdays per week) for a period of 6 months

 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
