As a CRM and Clienteling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, implementing effective CRM strategies, and providing personalized experiences to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient use of CRM systems and tools.
- Provide personalized service to high-value customers, maintaining strong relationships and proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Oversee CRM data governance which will include: Data standards, Data audit, Data structures, User access rights, Reporting
- Analyze customer data and generate reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve CRM strategies and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and clienteling, implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer experiences.
- Train and educate sales associates on CRM tools, techniques, and best practices to drive customer engagement and enhance clienteling efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM and clienteling, preferably in the retail fashion or jewelry industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, with experience in implementing CRM strategies and tools.
- Proficient in CRM software and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations from data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is required.
