Salary: P110,000 – P140,000 monthly package
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Timezone)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- VMware (i.e. ESXi, vCenter)
- Storage (i.e. SANs)
- Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking
- AWS EC2, EBS, and VPC
Nice to have:
- Industry certifications, specifically HPE, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and VMware
- VDI experience with Citrix
- Linux server experience with Ubuntu Server, RedHat, and CentOS
- Switching & routing technologies, specifically Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba
- NAC technologies, specifically Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, and Microsoft NPS
What will you do?
- Level 1-3 systems/network troubleshooting and helpdesk support work
- Daily hands-on interaction with networks, systems, cloud, voice, and users
- Assist senior engineers with support and projects
- Major role on monitoring and managing customers (multi-tenant client NOC)
- Be part of team that’s maintaining proper managed services monitoring
- Onboarding of new client network infrastructure
- Follow changes of client systems closely to reflect on monitoring platform
- Monitoring of active issues and alerting client-side personnel
- Troubleshooting and escalating
- Fulfill certification and training roadmap as set forth by senior staff and management
- Work outside of standard business hours as needed (i.e. scheduled firmware updates)
