What We expect of you:

As the Contract Lead, you will optimize performance and costs, select and manage staff and subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and customers. Your key responsibilities include managing risks, driving project milestones, ensuring compliance with street works legislation, and fostering sustainable client partnerships. You'll also oversee supply chain performance and engage with client delivery teams to meet targets and KPIs.

You will be a strong influencer, capable of managing both people and client relationships to drive operational effectiveness and foster internal team growth. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of multi-million-pound projects within the telecoms or similar utilities sectors. You will have the ability to understand and implement agreed programs and plans, assess progress against KPIs, and adjust when necessary to ensure project success.
