As a Data Scientist at Nawy, you will play a key role in leveraging data science techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions, develop predictive models and algorithms, and deliver actionable insights that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in data science and machine learning, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a business setting.
- Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation and data exploration to model development, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and translate them into data science solutions that drive business value
- Design and develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to extract insights and identify patterns in the data
- Evaluate and benchmark machine learning algorithms and techniques to identify the most effective approaches for a given problem
- Work closely with data/dev-ops engineers to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science solutions in production environments
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, and collaborate with them to drive adoption and implementation of data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and proactively identify opportunities to apply new techniques and technologies to business problems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in a same role
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and time series analysis
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and analytically
- The ability and willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
