We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Manager to lead a team of analysts and drive the financial analysis of our ongoing investment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, with proven experience in financial frameworks and data analysis tools like Tableau and BigQuery. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering timely results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3 FP&A Analysts
- Being responsible for the Financial analysis of existing investments projects using both cash flow and accrual procedures
- Creating evidence-based financial modelling with sensitive tables
- Cost base recognition for activity analysis
- Revenue attribution with consistent logic
- Provide detailed allocation cost in the company’s system for all projects with accuracy and on time
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projection and operating forecast
- Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance is a must
- Proven experience in framework creation for various project types
- Tableau familiarity; BigQuert welcome
- Experimentation and hypothesis testing preferred
- Strong Analytical skills
- Dynamism and be able to deliver results i a timely manner
- Excellent command of English (both verbal & written)
- Team spirit, excellent problem solving skills
