UX Designer

Project Work Description : • Facilitate design sessions with development project teams to help define user stories interpret solution requirements solve complex design challenges and champion design decisions • Define and apply user-interface styles patterns and standards and ensure compliance to Cerner's design standards • Quickly iterate on multiple design explorations to arrive at a simple but robust solution that accounts for complex requirements • Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces • Guide and support UX designers • Ensure design intentions are manifested in code that performs consistently and reliably on all supported devices • Drive engagement with human factors research and incorporate findings into design
