As a fast-growing startup, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office & Internal Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and internal operations functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent operational, and communication skills, ensuring that both office and internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, the Office & Internal Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining office services, supporting the executive and leadership team, and implementing administrative and operational systems to enhance productivity across our distributed team.
Additionally, this person will take ownership of key internal operations functions such as workflow optimization, process improvements, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
