    1. Good Analytical and Solutions Mindset
    2. Exposure to work in 24x7 Support Engagements. Ability to work with Onsite / Offshore Team, End Users independently
    3. Exposure to ITSM framework, Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management. Exposure to ServiceNow or at least 1 ITSM compliant ticketing tool.
    4. Ability to understand business processes and align IT goals in line.
    5. Exposure to ITAR and SOX compliance.
    6. Good exposure to Impact Analysis and Effort Estimates.
    7. Ability to identify Automation and Improvement Opportunities, Focus on Ticket Reduction.
    8. Good written and verbal communication skills
    9. Ability to work with ambiguity and work towards getting clarity by working with stakeholders
    10. Working experience in Agile (Scrum) and DevOps
    11. Working on Cloud Environment
    12. Adherence to Project specific Processes.

Skills:

  • Ability to grasp SAP landscape with ease.
  • BASIS Exposure to SAPs product suites including R/3 and S/4HANA and other satellite suites.
  • Good understanding of current SAP security deployed.
  • Exposure to GRC
  • Exposure to SOX controls.
  • SAP S/4 HANA journey / consulting exposure.
  • Exposure to Solution Manager 7.2
