Together with our 500 colleagues in 14 countries, we strive for a future with no waste.</em></p><p></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Spare Part Specialist Trainee</strong> to play a key role in providing technical support and managing data for spare parts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Service Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to meet internal and external requirements for spare part item data. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the quality of technical support and ensuring data accuracy, which are vital for our operational excellence.</p><p>This position is focused on data management as well as customer service. It requires a hands-on, self-driven approach, as you will be responsible for identifying and resolving data discrepancies, requesting missing information, and managing tasks independently. Tasks are assigned through Jira, and your proactive work starts from there.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support and manage spare part item data.</li><li>Collaborate with Service Sales, Product Management, and Sourcing teams to ensure data quality and alignment with requirements.</li><li>Assist in developing processes and tools to enhance the quality of technical support.</li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in technical documentation and spare part data.</li><li>Proactively contact stakeholders to request missing information.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data management systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed at least 3 years of technical studies (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).</li><li>Familiarity with technical equipment used in process industries.</li><li>Ability to interpret datasheets, technical drawings, and other documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., PDM/ERP systems).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in both spoken and written English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Evac, you’ll be part of a global team dedicated to advancing sustainability and innovation in our industry.
