This role shall involve, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Federal Financials EBS
• Act as internal consultant and SME for AF Working Capital Fund solutions within specific modules.
• Responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions.
• Translate overall business process requirements within AF Working Capital Fund.
• Advise on the management of configuration and testing across the AF Working Capital Fund environment.
• Support the identification of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach, ensuring compliance to the business management goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Functional Architects and Business Analysts to ensure end to end process integration and consistency
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives
• Lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the AF Working Capital Fund solution to improve and expand processes across the enterprise.
• Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding our business processes and systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of functional/configuration experience in AF Working Capital Fund consulting, systems integration, or architecture role
• Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach.
• Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing AF Working Capital Fund technologies.

Preferred:

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Have good communication skills and should have a proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing projects and working with a team
• Ability to assess and manage technical risks and issues.

Education:

• BS degree in computer science or engineering with 5 years of experience or MS degree with 2 years of experience.

Security Clearance:

• Must have an Active DoD Secret personnel clearance (requires US Citizenship)
