Senior Recruiter

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent team, who is going to lead Recruitment for our Advisory and Support lines of service, working with internal clients in TAM to ensure we have the best talent available at the right time. The role reports to Head of Talent. Successful candidates should live or be ready to relocate to either Riyadh or Jeddah.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

• Owns and delivers on recruitment lifecycle for several key and high-profile business areas
• Defines search and filtration strategy and criteria
• Owns relationships with Hiring Partners and Hiring Managers
• Owns relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing providers
• Owns and delivers on recruitment reporting and recruitment data quality
• Champions recruitment best practice
• Conducts on-demand market research
• Supervises coordinators and sourcers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a professional services firm, recruitment agency or with recruitment to head office roles in a corporation / holding
• Experience in independent stakeholder management / owning relationships with senior stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment standards and best practice
• Readiness for hands-on recruitment / interviewing
• Experience training junior team members in recruitment standards and practices
• Digital literacy sufficient to operate in Recruitment CRM and Excel
