Requirements
What do we need?
We are looking for passionate and motivated Senior QA engineers who will build revolutionary products for digital health companies. This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, building front & backend, defining data structures and running quality assessments.
You will have the opportunity to create global digital health products!
Engineering Outcomes
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines.
- Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Lead, motivate and mentor team members in achieving project and organizational goals
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in manual & Automation testing for both web-based and mobile applications
- At least 1+ year of leadership experience or managing a team
- Proficiency in test case writing
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with healthcare companies will be a plus
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
