As the Client Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in driving ad performance and platform adoption for our diverse range of clients. You will act as a Thought Partner for the Key Account team, providing strategic insights and fostering a collaborative environment. This role emphasizes understanding client needs, identifying pain points, and ensuring that feedback is integrated into product development to enhance the ad platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client-Facing Insight Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Use these insights to inform business and product teams, particularly Product Development, ensuring that solutions are tailored to client pain points.
- Product Optimization: Design and implement new ad strategies and solution that encourage client retention and spending, focusing on business needs and campaign goals.
- Segmentation Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis to tailor marketing strategies for different customer segments, ensuring a personalized approach to ad spend.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and implement strategies to improve performance, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Lead the creation of comprehensive reports on ad performance, leveraging data-driven insights to steer decision-making for clients and internal teams.
- Education Programs: Lead and support the delivery of training and educational programs to improve client knowledge of ad products and platform best practices, ensuring that clients are well-equipped to succeed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, marketing, and sales teams to develop holistic ad strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Client Training & Support: Provide training sessions and support to help advertisers fully utilize the ad platform, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Drive adoption of ad solutions through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, acting as a Thought Partner to provide strategic insights and drive client success.
- Track performance, optimizing ad campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for ad solution growth.
- Collaborate with product development to ensure client feedback is reflected in ad product evolution.
- Develop and deliver educational programs that enhance client knowledge and enable them to maximize platform use.
- Provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue and client success.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or advertising strategy, preferably in a platform environment.
- Open mindset and growth mindset: Must be adaptable, ready to learn, and open to new roles and industries as our company frequently expands into new sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization.
- Proven track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to understand and interpret market trends to develop innovative strategies for client success.
- Proven record of client-facing interactions and capable of building trust-based relationships.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
