This Mobile Coordinator is responsible for leading the Mobile CRT team. Engage with (onshore/offshore) stakeholders in understanding the scope of the release/change, review the testing scope with Mobile TPOs and Mobile SIT and oversee the offshore testing team to complete the testing and provide certification. Additionally, the Mobile CRT Coordinator shall perform mobile testing responsibilities as required to investigate defects during onshore triage sessions.
The Role:
Works with Offshore Centralized Regression Team to:

Create comprehensive test plans for new and existing systems with input from the scrum team and product owner
Participate in requirements, design, and product backlog refinement meetings to establish test effort estimates
Analyze project documentation, release notes, and other documentation to identify test scenarios and create test cases
Work with scrum teams to create and validate acceptance criteria for product backlog
Build and execute test cases, test sets, and test scripts within Microsoft Azure DevOps
Design, build, and execute automated tests using various test automation frameworks
Coordinate cross team testing efforts
Oversee test execution and results validation on projects
Ensure all quality assurance and testing activities are conducted throughout the life cycle and that the results from these activities are verified and documented

Works with Onshore Squads/QS Support and Release Teams:

Triage defects (including defect analysis and updates to squad as required)
Coordinate testing and defect triage with QS Support Team
Coordinate testing and certification requirements with Release Management Team
Work with scrum teams to create and validate acceptance criteria for product backlog
Resolve and troubleshoot any and all test issue for team

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related analytical field or equivalent experience
Two (2)+ years testing experience on Mobile platforms - Expertise in iOS, Android, Hybrid, HTML5, CSS3, and other mobile frameworks/accelerators
Three (3)+Experience leading team of SQA analysts to plan, develop and execute testing to deliver large enterprise solutions
Five (5) years experience hands-on QA testing for enterprise applications and a thorough understanding of testing best practices (planning, test case development etc..)
Minimum Three (3) years experience working in an agile environment
Minimum two years experience with test case development tools Qtest, Perfecto (Preferred)/Appium/Calabash, Azure DevOps
Experience writing complex SQL queries to support test activities
Four (4)+ years of strong object-oriented programming experience (preferably Java).
Expert in Web Services testing with 3+ years of validating and certifying web services using the Soap UI/ReadyAPI tool with Groovy scripting.
Experience in creating and consuming SOAP/RESTful web services.
Expertise in CI tools like Jenkins including Jenkins Setup and Management

Two (2)+ years experience coordinating offshore team and be a mediator between onsite and offshore.

Mobile Test automation hands exp (iOS / Android )

Mobile Test automation hands exp (Either iOS / Android )

Exp working in development tools like Appium (MUST), Perfecto (Preferred)

Extensive exp in API testing

Exp working in Azure DevOps platform

Two (2)+ years testing experience on Mobile platforms - Expertise in iOS, Android, Hybrid, HTML5, CSS3, and other mobile frameworks/accelerators
