In this role, you will be responsible for the accounting function and reporting for some of the companies in the Volue Group. Our team currently consists of 10 employees and is growing, bringing together a diverse mix of skills and expertise to drive innovation and success. </p><p><strong><br></strong><strong>What you will be doing to make a difference?</strong></p><p>As part of our finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: </p><ul><li>Managing daily bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and financial controls </li></ul><ul><li>Overseeing project accounting and reconciliations during period-end closing </li></ul><ul><li>Preparing reports for both internal stakeholders and external authorities </li></ul><ul><li>Handling reporting to the parent company and public authorities </li></ul><ul><li>Contributing to the preparation of annual financial statements </li></ul><ul><li>Responding to inquiries from internal teams and external partners </li></ul><p><strong><br></strong><strong>What you need to succeed?</strong><br></p><p>We are looking for someone with: </p><ul><li>At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Economics and Business Administration or a similar field. </li></ul><ul><li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> in a similar position </li></ul><ul><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>A detail-oriented mindset with a <strong>structured and analytical approach</strong> </li></ul><ul><li>The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment </li></ul><ul><li>High proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> (experience with IFRS reporting or Dynamics 365 is a plus!) </li></ul><p><strong>As a person you:</strong> </p><ul><li>Have a naturally analytical mindset and demonstrate strong professional commitment and passion for accounting </li></ul><ul><li>Are well-organized and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks </li></ul><ul><li>Pay close attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in your work </li></ul><ul><li>Take initiative, proactively seeking solutions and driving improvements </li></ul><ul><li>Inspire and motivate those around you with a positive, can-do attitude</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong><strong>Reasons to join Volue team and what we offer:</strong></p><p>At Volue, we empower our employees with opportunities for growth, flexibility, and purpose.
