1) Proactive monitoring of GCX tools & Site , Major Incident Manager.
2) Proactively identifying incidents from tickets·
3) Handle critical escalations that come into the Command Center including hands on troubleshooting ·
4) Work with global Product Development Teams and Site Operations to resolve P1 issues.
5) Communication of high impact / mission critical issues to Teammate & Executive Communications
