As a PMO expert at TAM, you will be part of the Digital team. You will be contributing in managing projects from initiation to closure. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders, building project plans and running projects efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities and objectives
- Develop and lead the Project Management Office, setting up processes, methodologies, and standards for project management across the organization.
- Build various project management plans and participate in kick-off meetings in order to capture client expectations and ensure they are met.
- Collaborate with other Units to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and efficient project delivery.
- Track project performance and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and to clients.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation. Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruptions and optimize outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and internal teams.
- Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices. Identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, engineering or any related field.
- Experience in managing projects with clients from the government sector in Saudi is desired.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Full proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
