<p>We are seeking an experienced and proactive <strong>Key Account Manager</strong> to serve as a vital link between the business and its partners. This role focuses on managing relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of platform functionality and content (slot games), a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to escalate and address issues effectively.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing communication and fostering strong relationships.</li><li>Monitor and ensure account satisfaction by addressing partner needs and concerns promptly.</li><li>Escalate technical issues and other critical concerns to relevant internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and support.</li><li>Provide feedback to internal departments on operational or platform-related challenges to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Stay informed about platform features and content to effectively assist partners and address inquiries.</li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize account performance and propose actionable solutions.</li><li>Track and report on key account metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within the gambling or iGaming industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of platform operations and content management.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively.</li><li>Ability to coordinate across teams and prioritize tasks efficiently.</li><li>High level of professionalism and accountability.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul> •
