Veracode is expanding its Revenue Performance team and is seeking a skilled GTM Enablement professional to join as a Process Enablement Program Manager. This pivotal role will focus on operationalizing processes and enabling Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, with a heavy emphasis on Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The Enablement Program Manager will play a crucial role in the transformation and ongoing enablement of the GTM team. In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing processes that enable the GTM teams to deliver measurable results. This role will involve creating playbooks, developing programs that drive process efficiency, and reporting on program deliverables. You will work closely with GTM leadership to prioritize training and tool enhancements, develop and sustain selling frameworks and methodologies, and measure the effectiveness of the programs
What you will be responsible for:
- Operationalize the Customer Journey:
- Develop and implement sales plays, playbooks, and technology solutions to enhance the customer journey across all GTM roles.
- Enable ongoing change management and transition to optimize the customer journey, driving renewals and expansions.
- Ensure measurable outcomes to quantify the effectiveness of programs and changes.
- Content Creation and Improvement:
- Create and improve internal and external-facing (partner) training materials, including customer kick-off templates, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other documentation for the GTM team.
- Ensure that all GTM teams have access to high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date resources.
- Tool Enhancement and Prioritization:

- Collaborate with the GTM Operations team to prioritize enhancements for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other tools, such as ClientSuccess and Salesforce ensuring that all GTM roles benefit from tool improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Activities will focus on the maximizing the user experience and interaction with tools to eliminate duplication, improve process flow, and create relevant data.
- Enablement Planning, Coordination, and Delivery:
- Co-manage enablement plans for all GTM roles, acting as a liaison between the Revenue Performance team and GTM leadership.
- Deliver enablement around programs, tools, and process change.
- Coordinate and assist in New Hire Onboarding, New Product Introduction programs, and global training events such as GTM Kickoffs and Roundtables.
- Assist in development and delivery of selling frameworks and methodologies.
- Strategy and Leadership Support:
- Support leadership in setting strategy and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Work closely with GTM leaders to measure progress and performance, and drive execution of the strategy.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, or equivalent experience. Additional certifications in project management, instructional design, or related fields are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success, sales enablement, or process enablement role, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of customer success and sales processes and tools, including CRM systems such as Salesforce and ClientSuccess.
- Experience with Force Management’s Command of the Message and Command of the Sale; operationalizing MEDDPICC, Account Planning, and Close Plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Proven track record in creating and improving processes and documentation.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- 3+ years of experience working with enablement tools and LMS systems such as Seismic and Docebo.
