You’ll play a critical role in client engagement, managing customer programme teams, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful delivery. This role requires both leadership and a consultancy mindset, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical teams and client business objectives.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Client Engagement & Communication:</strong> Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication about program progress, risks, and changes.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Programme Oversight:</strong> Develop and maintain a program management plan that details scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple projects.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Leadership & Collaboration:</strong> Lead cross-functional project teams, driving collaboration to meet client expectations and project goals.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Risk Management:</strong> Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could affect program success, ensuring any impacts are communicated and managed with the client.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Provide insights on best practices, continuously improving delivery processes to increase efficiency, and leading initiatives to uplift capability across teams.</p></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr"><strong><br></strong></h3><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>About You</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">We are seeking a strategic leader with extensive experience in programme management within a professional services environment. You should have a background working with large corporate clients or within consulting, where you’ve successfully managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders.</p><p dir="ltr">You will ideally bring:</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong stakeholder management experience, working closely with clients’ senior leadership teams and managing key delivery partners.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven ability to manage multiple, high-complexity projects or programmes with competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a client-facing role.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Expertise in portfolio, programme, and project management methodologies, ideally within a consultancy or professional services context.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Risk management experience, including developing strategies to mitigate risks that could affect programme success.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a client-first approach to problem-solving.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MIRO, plus relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.</p></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr"><strong><br></strong></h3><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">At RUSH, we value integrity, boldness, and innovation.
