MZ Wallace is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Creative Intern to join our team and assist in various aspects of photoshoot production, sample management, and influencer/PR gifting.

Responsibilities

Assist with photoshoot pre-production - including prop-sourcing, sample coordination, booking messengers, and location research.
Provide on-set support to Producer and Art Director during social and features photoshoots.
Book messengers for prop rentals, and coordinate returns post-shoot. Track all creative shipments.
Create organized systems and creative documents for studio closet, samples, and props.
Assist in the creation of engaging TikTok content by actively participating in shooting and editing videos, contributing fresh ideas and creativity to enhance our TikTok presence.
Coordinating the fulfillment of influencer and PR gifting.
Keeping a pulse on competitors and the overall ecosystem within the fashion/accessory space.
Helping to identify trends and opportunities for various marketing channels.

Requirements

Working towards bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram & TikTok
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A self-starter and ability to multi-task
Knowledge of social media and marketing trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Video editing and content creation
Experience with graphic design and web tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of photography equipment and techniques is a plus
Must be able to commit to 15-25 hours/ week

New York Pay Range

$16—$20 USD
