The Sr Technical Recruiter will partner with the product and technology business to recruit technical talent. There will be a focus on both driving high quality hires in addition to achieving the business hiring targets (numerical hires or net adds). You will consult with hiring managers/leaders to influence the job posting requirements, candidate market analysis, screening candidates, sourcing strategy (complex candidate pipelines), facilitate selection decisions and make offers.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit technical talent for Promethean’s rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization
- Effectively source and deliver high-caliber technical talent to the business to achieve hiring goals; screening candidates with respect to their motivators, qualifications, skills, and availability relative to the requirements before submittal to hiring managers
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the business and communicate candidate information and market intelligence to all relevant stakeholders in a timely and systematic way, ensuring exact job and candidate's requirements are understood and ensure the hiring strategy is aligned with business strategy
- Employ a data-driven approach to recruiting, understanding targets, and achieving hiring objectives
- Build close relationships with Hiring Managers, key stakeholders, interviewers, recruitment and HR partners
- Improve the recruitment process by reviewing data suggesting ideas for change.
- Enhance candidate experience by understanding candidate and stakeholder needs, then responding to challenging situations in a timely fashion
- Advise the business on labor market conditions and champion Diversity and Inclusion throughout the hiring process
- Act as a Promethean “Brand Ambassador” by creating exceptional candidate experiences in every phase of the hiring process
- Accountable for ensuring a “fair hiring process” is follow by everyone involved in the hiring process
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical recruiting environment
- Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
- Proven experience attaining challenging technical hiring targets through goal-setting, personal drive and organized work methods
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Achieve and drive consensus forward among stakeholders through collaboration
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Base Range: PLN 130,000 - PLN 160,000
