Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are a key part of a Commercial Sales team consisting of a Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Executives. As manager of the SDR team, you will lead a team that supports all levels of the sales organization by qualify marketing leads to create new pipeline opportunities that adds to the total revenue. This includes joining a team with people who are smart, organized, thorough, and take pride in initiating meaningful relationships with future customers.

Box is looking for a Manager to support our SDR team in driving pipeline for Box’s small-medium business segment. This individual will work closely with Sales Development leadership to increase the team’s efficiency and execution of strategies to achieve pipeline goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• Preference for someone who has progressed from an BDR/SDR role to an Account Executive role with a high degree of attainment
• Salesforce expertise is a must
• Collaborative and excels working with cross functional teams, like Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Marketing Operations
• Provide detailed analysis, reporting and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and other data sources
• Mentor, guide, and support to develop the skills and careers of your SDRs
