WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners;
- Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers to connect;
- Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions;
- Creating and managing a risk register for current partners;
- Analyze the conversion ratios and traffic quality;
- Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners;
- Revision of financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve and deposits);
- Handle any requests from partners on our merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.);
- Solving problems with delays in settlements or debts of current partners;
- Update of information with partners (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English ( not less than B2) and good command of Russian;
