Corporate Services Platform Coordinator

We are seeking a smart, organized, detail-oriented Excel enthusiast, with a knack for business development to join our team. This dynamic position will help support AQUILA’s Corporate Services team of brokers throughout various stages of the lease transaction and business development processes.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
The platform coordinator will report to the corporate services platform leader and receive direction from them along with other members of the corporate services team. The primary responsibilities of the position include:
- Preparing property market surveys for clients of corporate services and any projects as needed
- Communicating with the brokerage community to ensure accurate market information is presented to the client
- Scheduling property tours for brokers
- Performing basic financial analysis of rent schedules, lease proposals, etc.
- Summarizing lease information
- Assisting in prospect management and development
- Coordinating and leading regular prospecting meetings
- Compiles client facing materials including but not limited to tour books and market surveys
- Prepare revenue forms and send out invoices for completed transactions
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Complete monthly expense reports for brokers
- Maintain calendars, schedule property tours, complete travel or conference arrangements, and arrange meetings, lunches and conferences
Job Requirements
- Attention to detail, organized, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated
- Must be capable of working under time constraints and deadlines
- Resourceful self-starter, pressure durable, ability to work unsupervised and set priorities
- Proficiency in Excel as well as Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with commercial real estate a plus
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Associate degree required/bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting several team members simultaneously
- Experience in a sales and marketing environment; ability to work with diverse personalities
- Ability to anticipate needs of demanding clients or sales team
Business Skills
- Experienced communicator with sound knowledge of grammar and spelling
- Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Strong clerical skills with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational/time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Costar, and DocuSign a plus

Additional Information
Term & Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. AQUILA’s normal hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. The hours will be worked in the AQUILA office located in Downtown Austin. Necessary equipment (i.e. computer) and software will be provided.

- Salary commensurate with experience
