Property Consultant - Costa Blanca

We are expanding our team in our Torrevieja office, and we are looking for a social, driven and solution-oriented property consultant.

We are an established brand with offices both on Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol.

The job is exciting as you work in an international environment and for the right person, there are possibilities to grow within the company.

Tasks

As a Property Consultant you will:

• Following up on inquiries and identifying suitable properties for potential buyer
• Arrange viewings with your clients
• Seeing transactions through to completion and handling after-sales
• Helping us grow our client and property portfolio
• Write property ads

Requirements

We think you have:

• Sales experience
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Self-motivation and drive
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Great people skills

You must:

• Have a valid EU driving license.
• Be fluent in English. Candidates that are fluent in Spanish and other European languages will be prioritized.
