We manage more than 300 Mobile Apps & Games for other companies that are daily discovered by millions of new users and that have been downloaded hundreds of millions of times. We are looking for a SEO Manager (CRO)!
SEO Manager must be able to define and execute optimization strategies for more than 300 apps and video games, in order to achieve the objectives set by management. Likewise, he/she must be in close collaboration with the rest of the areas of the company.
Tareas
- Analysis and Definition of the global CRO strategy to be applied in the company's products to increase organic traffic of all the apps in the store.
- Competitor and market analysis to find organic traffic opportunities for the company.
- Coordination with all departments for common growth and optimization strategies.
- Analysis and definition of A/B testing strategies (icons, screens, descriptions, videos...) to improve the CR of apps and games.
- Tracking and analysis of the main metrics affecting visibility and conversion for reporting to management for joint decision making.
Requisitos
- Analytical skills and passion for data.
- Advanced level of microsoft excel and powerpoint.
- Self-management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- High communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Minimum English level B2.
- Any knowledge of a language additional to English would be an asset.
