Sales Representative for Developments

Propertissimo is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to our sales office for our exclusive project in Nerja. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic team and as Sales Representative you will play a crucial role to coordinate viewing, both with direct clients and from other agents. Be responsible to communicate with ongoing clients, update adds and overall be the expert on the project. If you are passionate about real estate and have a proven track record in sale we suggest you to apply as soon as possible!

Tasks

• Identify and prospect new clients interested in purchasing new developments.
• Present and promote the project to potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for promoting new developments.

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of new built projects and the building process
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages will be beneficial, especially German, Dutch, Swedish and Polish.
