Senior Property Consultant

We are expanding our team in our Fuengirola office, and we are looking for a social, driven and solution-oriented property consultant. We cover the area from Malaga to Mijas.

Tasks

As a Property Consultant you will:

• Following up on inquiries and identifying suitable properties for potential buyer
• Arrange viewings with your clients
• Present and negotiate offer
• Seeing transactions through to completion and handling after-sales
• Providing advice for seller and do valuation of properties.
• Helping us grow our client and property portfolio
• Write property ads

• Sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Self-motivation and drive
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Great people skills

• Have a valid EU driving license.
• Be fluent in English. Candidates that are fluent in Spanish and other European languages will be prioritized.
