We manage more than 300 Mobile Apps & Games that are daily discovered by millions of new users and that have been downloaded hundreds of millions of times.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager refers to the process of acquiring new users through carefully planned strategies. This process involves identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, and implementing tactics to attract and convert potential users.
Tareas
- Create strategic campaigns through advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Snapchat or Search Ads.
- Analysis of key metrics and data in search of increasing ROAS.
- Setting up and managing programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
- Competitor and market analysis to find traffic opportunities for the company.
- Tracking and analyzing key metrics affecting the department to inform management for joint decision making.
- Coordination with other ASO, Product and Business departments for common growth strategies.
- Responsible for major game and app campaigns in our portfolio.
Requisitos
- Minimum 4 years of experience performing campaign optimization on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and similar companies in the industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in User Acquisition, Digital Marketing & Programmatic Advertising.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in SEM, Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics or related disciplines.
- Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Minimum level of English B2.
