Tareas
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize group trips to Madrid for high schools and universities, including classes, activities, accommodations, transportation, and other services.
- Prepare offers and quotes for clients.
- Provide timely, personalized, and professional responses to clients.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and other marketing activities.
- Manage one of the company's Facebook pages.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to secure competitive pricing and services for clients.
- Develop and maintain databases.
- Perform daily reception tasks.

- Strong written and oral communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- A positive and flexible attitude toward work.
- Creativity and a focus on cost management and revenue maximization.
- Cultural sensitivity in dealing with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
**Additional Information:**
Stud- Duration: Minimum 6 months
- Start Date: April 2024
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with one Saturday every 4 weeks (with a day off in exchange). The schedule can be adjusted as per the school's needs.
- An internship contract must be signed between your university and AIL Madrid before the internship begins.
