Working Student - Marketplaces (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Assist in managing the account status of multiple online marketplaces
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to product listings, orders, and payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Manager, Product Owner, and Business Development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketplace strategies
• Assist in implementing strategies to optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance
• Contribute to the development of best practices, standard operating procedures, and internal tools to streamline marketplace operations

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or a related field
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or databases is beneficial
• Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or operations is a plus but not required
