French, Spanish or Portuguese speaking interviewers wanted (m/f/d)

For a customer satisfaction survey in the maritime sector, we are looking for interviewers who are fluent in either French, Spanish or Portuguese. Ideally, you also speak German and/or English.

• Project start: April 22, 24
• Duration: 4 weeks

We offer you a mini-job as an interviewer in telephone market research. If you like making phone calls, interviewing people on the phone using a given questionnaire and speak either French, Spanish or Portuguese, you can start with us in market and social research.

Your language skills are very important. We will teach you everything else.

Of course, the job can also be done 100% from home!

Tasks

Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can be incorporated into the development of products or services and into public decisions. Market and opinion research aims to gather opinions - but not to sell or advertise anything. It is about scientific studies.

Our telephony times for Europe are

• Working days: Mon-Fri between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Good interviewers have the following important qualities:
• Fluent in French, Spanish or Portuguese
• Knowledge of German and/or English
• Enjoy talking on the phone and dealing with people
• A friendly, confident and personable telephone voice
• A clear and articulate pronunciation
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability and commitment
• A careful and accurate way of working
• Good PC skills
• The mini-job as a telephone operator / interviewer is suitable for career changers.

As you will be performing this task as part of a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other secondary employment are required.
