For this journey, we're searching for a Growth Manager (m/w/d) to scale our Platform Services incl. our newly launched Bling Mobile phone plans (mobile phone plan build for families).

Tasks

What you'll be doing

In a nutshell: Leading the growth efforts for our platform services.

In your role, you're planning and executing growth strategies for scaling our platform services. With your generalist knowledge, you coordinate the activities by working closely together with our CRM, Performance, Product, and Creative teams.

• Plan, execute and analyze growth efforts
• Improve the traction of our platform services by enhancing network effects, stickiness, and conversion
• Constantly analyzing our product and revenue retention to identify potential areas of growth
• Being involved in the conception and scaling of our new features and services so we always make retention top of mind and an integral part of our product effort
• Set KPIs in collaboration with your team and track our progress
• Create a better understanding for our families by building and maintaining cohort

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Growth and Product experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth and vc-funded consumer company
• Deep understanding of data analysis, cohorts, consumer apps and CRM
• Passion for our product and mission
• A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Residence in Berlin
