For this journey, we're searching for a Retention Manager (m/w/d) to drive our in-app retention and increase our Organic Growth.

Tasks

What you'll be doing

In a nutshell: Increase the retention of our 100,000+ families with growth hacking.

Function as the sparring partner to our Growth Lead and Product Lead on both strategic and operational topics, in order to scale, professionalize and expand our existing fintech offering.

• Constantly analyzing our product and revenue retention to identify potential areas of growth
• Improve the traction of our features by enhancing network effects, stickiness, and conversion
• Being involved in the conception and scaling of our new features and services so we always make retention top of mind and an integral part of our product effort
• Establish and maintain an in-app communication and pointers system
• Ownership for our in-app referral program
• Set KPIs in collaboration with your team and track our progress
• Create a better understanding for our families by building and maintaining cohort

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Growth and Product experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth and vc-funded consumer company
• Deep understanding of data analysis, cohorts, consumer apps and CRM
• Passion for our product and mission
• A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Residence in Berlin
