Job Overview
Are you ready to become an integral part in building and scaling global billing operations of a fast-growing FinTech? Your Tasks
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Quality control of invoices to ensure billing accuracy
- Thorough review and end-to-end processing of AuM (Assets under Management) reports from reception of the report to invoice issuance
- Preparation and maintenance of templates for AuM-based accounts
- Communicating with clients to resolve questions and issues relating to invoices
- Pro-active maintenance and resolution of issues relating to billing data in Salesforce
- Communication with Product, Sales, and Legal teams at Solactive to resolve billing questions
- Contributing ideas and proposals to the team to constantly improve the billing process end-to-end
Your Profile
- Degree/Apprenticeship in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Ideally, 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Very good command of the English language (written + spoken)
- Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and structure your work independently
- Ability to communicate within and across teams to resolve issues
- Strong problem-solving mindset • Proficency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge or prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
