As a Senior Designer at VI, you’ll help us elevate our clients’ digital presence.
What you will do:
- You lead a team both professionally and disciplinarily and ensure the constant professional development.
- Engage target audiences with visually compelling designs for digital user interfaces, web pages, branding and marketing assets, using modern design tools such as Adobe CC and Figma.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers and content strategists to ensure cohesive visual strategies that align with our clients’ business goals and brand identity.
- Lead the visual aspects of web page design projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that ideas and messages are communicated effectively.
- Use your knowledge of web components and design systems to create scalable and consistent designs across various digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design research, trends, standards and techniques to keep our service offering at the forefront of the industry.
- Think conceptually about web pages and content strategies, understanding how companies should best position themselves in the market (primarily in B2B, but also in B2C spaces).
- Analyse user research, industry insights and business objectives to ensure that all design work is targeted and specific.
Requirements
What we expect:
- 5 years of experience creating valuable product for end-users and business.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI design, branding, and digital marketing asset creation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma and other design tools, with a deep understanding of components and design systems.
- Experience in designing for web pages, with an ability to conceptualize and execute designs that enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape, including knowledge of B2B and B2C strategies.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to understand content strategy and how it impacts brand positioning and design choices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- A continuous learner who stays on top of industry trends and is always looking to improve.
