Silber Salon is on a mission to harness the power of AI to educate and empower millions of best agers globally. Our objective with Lotti as an interactive companion is to simplify complex technology, instill confidence and proficiency, to ensure that our elder population remains integrated and engaged in our rapidly advancing digital world.
We raised a €1m pre-seed round from renowned VC funds (FJ Labs, IBB Ventures) and have launched our MVP.

We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on People Operations Manager m/f/d (working student or as an intern) in Berlin to join our team. In close collaboration with our ceo & founder Joya, you will help to set up the core team of Silber Salon and our AI Lotti.

Aufgaben

🔭 What you will work on

• Talent Acquisition: You help expand our team by handling recruitment processes and coordinating our internal talent to optimize our collective performance.
• Feel-Good Management: You will be in charge of creating a positive office environment and culture, serving as the primary contact for all personnel-related matters.
• Events and Projects: As part of a growing startup, you will have the freedom to introduce and implement your own ideas, projects and events aimed at enhancing our people operations, e.g. employer branding

Qualifikation

🧺 What you bring along

• Academic Background: Graduated or soon to graduate from a university in business administration, communication, human resource management, or a similar field.
• Language: German language skills at a native speaker level are a must.
• Creativity: Ability to identify potential and bring in creative ideas for how our people operations management can develop, including communication and then implementation of these measures.
• Responsibility and Ambition: You are highly motivated to turn your own ideas into action and want to be responsible for shaping our team from the very beginning.
• Communication: A natural communicator, drawing energy and inspiration from engaging with people.
• HR Experience: We would love to hear about your previous experience in any HR-related jobs, but this is not a requirement.
