Middle/Senior UX/UI Designer

Tasks

• Craft thoughtful, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces and experiences within a collaborative team environment.
• Dive deep into user research – surveys, focus groups – you name it.
• Transform research gems into design wonders that truly enhance user experience.
• Blend market analysis, user feedback, and site metrics for user-centered designs.
• Sketch wireframes, craft visual mockups, and maintain spick-and-span UI specs.
• Be the design advocate, making your vision understood by all.

Requirements

• Visual design expertise showcased in mock-ups and style guides.
• Experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in driving design requirements independently and articulating design decisions effectively.
• A portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft in visual and interaction design.
• Experience with UI Kit maintenance.
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Survey Tools (such as Survicate).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (financial or multi-page highly loaded projects would be a super-match!)
