We are embarking on an exciting partnership with SAP to launch SAP Educate to Employ: SAP Technology Consultant (Finance) program.
This innovative initiative aims to equip aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the realm of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting with Cloud & Project Management.
We are seeking a Curriculum & Learning Materials Creator to spearhead the development and delivery of the program. This role is pivotal in shaping the curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure our participants are prepared for successful careers as SAP Technology Consultants specialising in Finance.
Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and implement a comprehensive curriculum for SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Cloud, aligned with the objectives of the program.
- Create engaging, interactive learning materials and slides that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Project Management and Cloud.
- Work closely with internal teams and our partner, SAP, to identify specific training needs and tailor the curriculum accordingly.
- Continuously enhance and refine the curriculum to reflect the latest advancements and trends in SAP Finance technology.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning journey for all program participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with expertise in Financial Accounting and proficiency in S/4HANA.
- Proven track record in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in the context of technology education.
- Deep understanding of SAP Finance modules within S/4HANA and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptive and responsive to feedback, with the ability to adapt to evolving program requirements.
